Mix:
1 bag romaine
1 bag spinach
1 cup
dried cranberries
1 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
Cheese.
Dressing:
1/4 plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup
vegetable or salad oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/2-3/4 tablespoon poppy seed
Blend all the ingredients adding
the oil slowly while the blender is on. Refrigerate.
Mix the salad and
the dressing just before serving.
Note: The dressing
keeps well in the refrigeator for a couple of weeks.
