1 box
spice cake mix
3 large eggs
1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1
1/2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
1/2 cup pecans
Whipped vanilla
frosting
Caramel sauce, caramel topping OR
10 caramels microwaved with 2
tablespoons milk and mixed well.
Prepare the cake according to package directions. Add
apples and pecans. Bake in 24 muffin cups lined with paper cups. Bake at 350 F
for 20 minutes or until ready. Cool completely, frost and drizzle some caramel
sauce on top of each cupcake.
