Krista's Apricot Chicken



6 chicken breasts
1 3/4 cups Russian salad dressing
3/4 cup apricot preserves
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
2 teaspoons curry or less depending or your taste or optional

Wash chicken. Pat dry. Place chickem in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about 45-1 hour or more depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts. Serve over rice.
