Heidi's Italian Chicken


8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Mix all the ingredients but parsley. Marinade overnight.

Bake covered at 350 F for 45 minutes. Uncover and broil until lightly golden brown.

Remove the excess of fat from the surface and sprinkle with the dried parsley.

Makes 4-8 servings
