Lemon-Chive Linguini

I usually serve the "Angel Chicken" recipe over this pasta. My husband loves it.


Cook:

(8 oz) linguini pasta, uncooked
Water
Salt

Combine:

1/3 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
3-4 tablespoons fresh chives, snipped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2-1 teaspoon salt

Combine the sour cream mixture with the hot pasta. Serve immediately.

Makes 4-6 servings
