Bourbon (or Orange) And Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard or brown mustard
2 tablespoons Bourbon or frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 pork loin chops, cut 1 1/4 inches thick.

For glaze:

In a small mixing bowl stir together mustard, molasses, orange juice, brown sugar, oil, soy sauce and black pepper. Set aside.

In a covered grill arrange medium coals around a drip pan. Test for medium heat above the pan, Place chops on rack over pan but not over coals, Lower hood. Grill for 40-45 minutes or till no pink remains, turning once. Brush chops with glaze often during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Brush again before serving.

Serves 4
