Mix:
2 cups flour
1
teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2
teaspoon salt
Mix:
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup
sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup vegetable oil (I used Canola oil)
1 cup
buttermilk or 1 cup fat-free milk less 1 tablespoon and add 1 tablespoon
vinegar. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Mix everything together and cook the
waffles in a waffle maker.
Yield: 10 Waffles
