Orange Tapioca Salad

The Millenium Cookbook


3 cups water
1 (3 oz) pkg orange gelatin
1 (3 oz) pkg tapioca pudding
1 (4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
8 ounces whipped topping

Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk in the gelatin and pudding mixes.

Return to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Let cool completely.

Gently fold in the fruit and whipped topping. Remove to a serving bowl.

Chill, covered, for at least 2 hours before serving.
