Gingerbread Pancakes

Betty Crocker's Bisquick Cookbook


2 1/2 cups original Bisquick Mix
3/4 cup apple butter
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs

Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary.

Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour batter by a little less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.

Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown.
