Dixie Fruit Salad


Whip until firm peaks form:

2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Add:

2 peeled or unpeeld chopped apples
1 cup pecans
2 pomegranates (seeds)
1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained (optional)
Raisins (optional)

Mix well and refrigerate.
